Growing up in the Seattle area I have a strong love for the PNW and outdoors. I stay active by hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, yoga, and playing with my dog, Reema. After a strenuous day hiking, a hard workout at the gym, or too much couch time watching my favorite team the Seahawks, I understand massage is essential for a speedy recovery.
So, while on your path to a healthy and active lifestyle, I can help optimize your workouts and recovery time through massage therapy. I look forward to working with you to improve your lifestyle!
